There is a rugged coastline known as Konkan, running south of Mumbai all the way to Goa’s famous beaches. Although you may never have heard of it, its highlight is the delectable Malvani cuisine.

Hailing from the coast, it is cuisine dominated by seafood dishes that only a true local will be able to demonstrate. 

For this cooking course, you’ll enter into a local home, where a family will show you their recipes and cooking techniques. Expect mouth-wateringly good fish curries.
