Follow a path through the coastal mangroves to the edge of the McBean Lagoon. The turquoise waters are so clear that you can spot fish moving amongst the reef below.
You’ll climb into a kayak and paddle out onto the crystal waters of the Caribbean, towards the tiny islands of Cayo Congrejo and Cayo Tres Hermanos. This protected nature reserve is home to endangered sea turtles, stingrays and frigatebirds.
As you look down into the water, you’ll be able to spot these beautiful sea animals that the local residents are so committed to protecting.
