It may be small, but it’s highly active!
Taal Volcano is part of an ancient volcano which has reduced in size leaving only the centre active. It’s unique for its hard-to-reach-location but with the comfort of a private guide and local inside knowledge, it makes a leisurely and rare adventure.
The soil turns red on the final steep incline. Violent winds blow the hot clouds of steam, breathing from the slopes of its volcanic gut. It’s not much further to the summit.
Epic views sweep across the island, revealing many cones and craters. And you can’t quite believe you made it to the top of this active volcano.
