Tiger fishing in the Caprivi is Africa’s most iconic fishing experience. 

A tough, aggressive fish that bites back. A breathtaking riverine landscape, made up of fast-flowing tributaries and the mighty Zambezi. Silence, solitude, and hopefully a tiger fish.

You can also catch galjoen, kabeljou, catfish and barbel. But the tiger fish is the big challenge. And you can usually catch what you eat (for some smaller fish it’s catch and release).

For most of the year you can be camping besides the Zambezi, battling with tiger fish, roasting fresh fish over the fire, sipping a sunset beer to Africa’s endless serenity.
