Meet the enormous lizards that look lazy — but are fast enough to hunt deer and buffalo. In “Skyfall”, James Bond clambers out of the dragons’ cage just in time. His enemy is less lucky. But your guide will make sure you admire these magnificent animals in complete safety.
During your trek in Komodo Park you will see buffalos, snakes, monkeys and a number of birds. Afterwards, bask on a beach where the sand is a surprising pink colour. Then take the boat again. Swim with stingrays at Manta Point, and snorkel in the clear waters of Kanawa Island.
This tour can be prolonged over a few days to include other islands and longer stays. The highlight is always the Komodo dragons and they are far bigger and more complex than you can possibly imagine from photos.
