Step away from the exhaust fumes and maddening crowds of Jaipur, and into a rural village of the Meena Tribe. As you take a walk with a local guide, along a skinny path through green hills, you’ll appreciate that this is exploring a place few travellers go. 

You’ll be welcomed into a Meena village, an ancient community connected to the former Matsya Kingdom. You’ll discover a ruined fort and hidden shrine within the village and your guide will be able to explain what is known about this often-misunderstood part of ancient Rajasthan.
