Next she will show you the farm buildings and equipment, and explain every stage of the production for authentic Camembert cheese. She will also tell you the story of how Camembert was created.
And last, and most important, she will give you a tasting of her delicious product. Well, more than a single tasting. There will be many tastings. And perhaps some wine as well.
