This is an opportunity to interact with endangered hawksbill and green turtles in their natural environment at Diani’s Mwachema dive site. Plus the looming bulk of whale sharks – the world’s largest fish – at Papa Mashilingi. 

Then there is macro diving at Shimo La Samaki. Colourful reef fish darting away from spectacular lion fish at Chale Corner and Mtumbawe. The slow encroachment of species on the MV Funguo, a purposely sunk shipwreck.
