From high mountains to flat plains, follow the course of one of Nepal’s many rivers and see the country’s wild side along the way.
The bountiful ice and snow of the Himalaya feed an array of rivers that snake down toward lowland jungles. Your travel designer will help you choose the best one for your adventure. You just follow where it leads. Combat whitewater with paddles from your raft, and lay back as you meander downriver. With rapids from class II to V, there’s a surge of adrenaline for all levels.
After a long day of paddling, dry off around a warm fire on a private white-sand beach. Reflect on the day’s journey and look forward to the next day, and whatever the water and land might have in store for you.
Note that you can go white-water rafting for just half a day, as part of a larger journey in Nepal. Or you can try a journey that’s anywhere from two to ten days.
