The wine is superb, a showcase of the Slovacko wine growing sub region, discovered through guided tasting and an atmospheric wine cellar from 1830 (the signature cuvee Cristal is particularly good). Then there are vineyard bicycle trails to discover on a sunny day.

You will then spend the night, at a two-bedroom estate overlooking the vines. Think fine dining, lots of space, very personalised service and discovering an unknown side to the Czech Republic.
