Travel across the immense Altiplano region between Chile and Bolivia. At an average elevation of about 3,750 meters, this intensely arid region is one of the most remote on earth.

Riding in a comfortable four-wheel drive vehicle with your local guide, you will voyage across surreal landscapes, including Uyuni Salt Flat, the world’s largest single salt pan. 

This multi-day journey (typically upwards of ten days) will see you travel across vast patchworks of arid land, beneath a hard blue sky. In some areas, the shimmering horizon is broken only by distant mountains and the occasional flock of pink flamingos.
